Availability of accepted article
This journal makes articles available online as soon as possible after acceptance. This concerns the accepted article (PDF format), which has not yet been copyedited, typeset or proofread. A Digital Object Identifier (DOI) is allocated, thereby making it fully citable and searchable by title, author name(s) and the full text. The article’s PDF also carries a disclaimer stating that it is an unedited article. Subsequent production stages will simply replace this version.
Online proof correction
Corresponding authors will receive an e-mail with instructions about Authors Proof. Please be aware that your accepted manuscript will be typeset in typesetting program (LaTeX). During proof typesetting we may modify the tables, figures and reference section according to the journal style keeping the original texts/data. Therefore, proofreading must be done on the typeset PDF only using the Adobe Acrobat (FREE Software) annotation tool or any other appropriate program. For detail about PDF annotation using Adobe Acrobat Reader, please visit here. Significant changes to the article as accepted for publication will only be considered at this stage with permission from the Editor. Please use this proof only for checking the typesetting, editing, completeness and correctness of the text, tables and figures. Please check carefully before replying, as inclusion of any subsequent corrections cannot be guaranteed. Proofreading is solely your responsibility. We will do everything possible to get your article published quickly and accurately. We highly appreciate your cooperation.
FAA allows readers and authors to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of its articles and to use them for any other lawful purpose. However, the corresponding author will receive a customized print quality PDF reprint at no cost. Authors can request paper offprints to the Chief-Editor with an extra charge after the article is published online.
